At Earle's Flowers and Gifts, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is delighted with our floral arrangements. We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers within a reasonable time frame. If, for any reason, you feel that your arrangement does not meet our quality standards, we are more than happy to offer an exchange.

Please understand that while we strive for perfection, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. Variations in flower appearance and longevity are natural, but rest assured, your satisfaction is our top priority.

 

Gift Shop Return Policy

At Earle's Flowers and Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer exchanges or store credit only.

Please note that all returns must be made within 60 days of purchase and the item must be in its original condition with the receipt.

 

Local Delivery and US Shipping Policy

At Earle's Loveland Floral and Gifts, we're pleased to offer shipping anywhere in the United States! For orders outside of Colorado, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on our algorithm.

 

If you're purchasing multiple items, we encourage you to call us directly at 970.667.7550 for an accurate shipping cost estimate.

 

For our local customers in Northern Colorado, we offer delivery services to Loveland, Fort Collins, Berthoud, Windsor, Timnath, Johnstown, Milliken and Greeley.  Delivery charges are determined by your city and will be calculated during checkout. Delivery charges range from $13.99 - $24.99. The Loveland zip code goes on for many miles, there are some addresses that we will not be able to accomodate delivery to, for example, anything past the Dam Store on highway 34 and anything after the rangers station at Carter Lake. If you have someone you are wanting to send flowers to in that area, we are happy to call and arrange delivery closer to town. 

All orders must be placed by 1pm for same day delivery, we can usually accomodate some deliveries after the time cut off, but it best to call us direct to confrim.
